This week the Washington Post reported that the agency is unable to handle the number of customer service phone calls to its 1-800 number and is temporarily pulling about 1,000 employees from field offices to answer the phones instead. Rep. Larson has introduced a bill that would ensure that field offices stay open despite the chaos. Please send a message to your representative to demand they vote YES on the Keeping Our Field Offices Open Act (H.R. 1876).
