@sanders.senate.gov: You're telling the American people that the American Medical Association–representing hundreds of thousands of people–have been co-opted and that they should not trust their doctors?

Everybody is corrupt, but you? Is that what we're looking at? I don't think so
“Social Security is a promise earned over a lifetime of work. Any politician who treats it like a bargaining chip or a business opportunity is betraying working people.” – Congressman Greg Casar

I don't agree with him often, but Elon seems to make an incredibly strong case for taxing billionaires out of existence.

❓DID YOU KNOW❓

54% of the 36,000 frontline SSA employees represented by AFGE were paid less than a living wage for their geographic region.
To restore the Social Security Administration & protect our benefits, we’re demanding leadership to take immediate action:

⚠️ Fund Social Security and the rest of the government on January 30
⚠️ Lift the hiring freeze and fully staff the agency
⚠️ Pay Social Security workers a living wage

I stood with Social Security Administration workers and AFGE in Broward County for today’s national day of action.

We are standing up against the DOGE cuts to demand billionaires pay their fair share of taxes, staff the agency, and pay SSA workers a living wage. #1U

The Social Security Administration has seen record staff cuts during the second Trump administration.

Now, the majority of dedicated SSA employees who deliver our earned benefits are earning less than a living wage.

Thank you to everyone across the country who braved the cold and joined yesterday's Social Security Day of Action!

From Montana to Alabama to Texas to Indiana, Americans had a clear message for the Trump administration: Fully fund Social Security, no cuts!

Never trust anyone who wants to build a wall between you and the benefits you earned over a lifetime of work and let Wall Street pocket every cent you're owed.

SJNOWIndivisible’s Resistance Organizing Group (ROG) held its first rally in support of Social Security workers. The rally was held today at the corner of Fellowship Road and Rt. 73, near the Social Security Office. A BIG Shoutout to Pete and Rich for organizing this event. [1 of 3]

In case you forgot, we wanted to remind you that Social Security has a fraud rate of 0.00625%, which is FAR lower than private sector retirement programs.

Hard-working Americans have earned their Social Security benefits with every paycheck. We must support and extend the program so that no one has to unexpectedly return to work in their 70's or 80's just to feed themselves.

Accessibility is key, so how can we expect to enjoy the full benefits of Social Security without fully-staffed and open field offices?

Sign our petition now and tell Congress to keep field offices open: https://ow.ly/xX0m50XWqqa
Tell Your Representative to Vote YES to Keep Field Offices Open
The Social Security Administration is struggling in the wake of DOGE cutting 15 percent of the Social Security workforce.   This week the Washington Post reported that the agency is unable to handle the number of customer service phone calls to its 1-800 number and is temporarily pulling about 1,000 employees from field offices to answer the phones instead. Rep. Larson has introduced a bill that would ensure that field offices stay open despite the chaos. Please send a message to your representative to demand they vote YES on the Keeping Our Field Offices Open Act (H.R. 1876).

Maxwell Frost: This isn't deportation. This is kidnapping!

We call it what it is not to be hyperbolic, not to make something out of nothing. But to be honest about what we see with our very eyes. eyes. And then this administration wants to lie to us about what we saw on that video!
