This is a perfect example as to why we need AI regulation yesterday.

The upshot here is not that there is no comparison. It is, instead, that Nazi propaganda was more extreme — and that its effects unfolded over time. We are not at 1945 Germany, but one historian I spoke with figured maybe we were at about 1930, which is by itself not great.
