„Der SPD fehle eine Gerechtigkeitserzählung“ lese ich und habe schon wieder einen unguten Puls. Gerechtigkeit ist eine Grundhaltung, kein seelenloses Marketingkonzept. Die SPD hat nicht „vergessen“ die Wohlhabenden ausgleichend zu fordern, als sie sich zum Gesicht der Härte gegen die Ärmsten machte.

Dieser Text ist schlimm. Dazu ist er auch noch schlecht, spricht von Richtlinie, obwohl es um eine Verordnung geht, von Urteil statt Beschluss, nennt den Hinweis auf dessen Unanfechtbarkeit „patzig“, hält einen Schutzanspruch für ausgeschlossen und eine Notlage iSd Art. 72 AEUV für begründbar. Puh.

Deutliche Mehrheit für Zurückweisungen - na und? In meinem 2. Semester war eine knappe Mehrheit der Jura-Studierenden für die Androhung von Folter in bestimmten Fällen. Meine Professorin sagte zurecht, gut, dass wir Rechtsnormen haben, die uns davor schützen.
