The majority of organizing happening in Minnesota isn’t just peaceful, it’s INVISIBLE. Moms showing up who won’t be interviewed on TV, people whose ICE patrols don’t turn into viral video. The grocery runs, the donations, the people filming bc they happen to be there. Please remember this.

I teach bystander intervention for a living and have taught de-escalation to law enforcement.
Trust me when I say that bottle girls, gas station clerks, strippers, front desk employees at hotels and airports, baristas, etc. have better de-escalation skills than any cop I've ever seen.

Are they gonna guarantee healthcare to all people? What are they gonna do when there are no jobs? Make housing free?"

If we haven't won when I'm dead, someone will replace me and the fight will continue unabated. That we might not get there in my lifetime isn't a loss, it's an excuse to say the fight is pointless so we can justify not doing anything.

The Regime's goal is to grind everyone down. Plain & simple. Our goal is to refuse this by taking turns to fight where and how we can. When one group needs to bow out, then another group needs to step in and so on. We don't all have to do everything. We can all do something though. Stay in the fight

I don’t post on here much, but wanted to say that it is an intense and scary time to be an activist. Check in with your local progressive groups. Support them however you can.
