The government's "witness" - who admitted to the court on cross that he had no relevant actual knowledge - submitted a sworn declaration claiming Abrego Garcia could not be deported to Costa Rica. The government of Costa Rica later said that was false and that they have offered to accept him.

In March of 2015, Quinnipiac had Walker at the top, Jeb Bush in 2nd, & a tie between Chris Christie & Mike Huckabee for 3rd.
