Brett Kavanaugh will likely declare the abuse to be a minor inconvenience.
Earlier this year, the United States deported 252 Venezuelans to El Salvador and paid its government to imprison them. Now two human-rights organizations have found that ALL of those men were physically abused.
What the Deported Venezuelans Went Through in El Salvador
Forty men sent to El Salvador by the Trump administration have shared disturbing accounts of abuse by a regime that America paid to imprison them.

Trump specially requested that the turkeys' diet include regular helpings of ketchup, while RFK, Jr. ensured they received wholesome steroids.
Trump: "Despite their size, Secretary Kennedy has formally certified that these are the first ever MAHA turkeys. They could be fat, but they're still MAHA. They've been fattened on a steady diet of grass, beef, to allow the smoothies and all the other things they have been eating for this occasion."

Whitaker says the "rules based order works" by allowing authoritarian states to conquer their neighbors. The rules based order begs to differ.
NATO Ambassador Matthew Whitaker admits "there's some truth" to the criticism that Putin hasn't made a single concession during negotiations

Whitaker - like Putin - claims Russia has a "strong" position on the battlefield. In fact, Putin's "conquered" one percent of Ukraine during 2025, in return for hundreds of thousands of casualties - but demands that Ukraine hand over territory Russia can't conquer with arms in return for "peace."

To be fair, Putin did graciously let Trump take credit for the fake peace proposal Putin wrote.

Trump claims to be treating Russia (the terrorist invader) and Ukraine (the country being terrorized and invaded) "even handedly." That is a huge problem, as former NATO Ambassador Ivo Daalder explains.

Comey rightly calls out the "biglaw" lawyers who have abdicated their responsibilities to uphold the rule of law, which -- after all -- is why the legal profession exists in the first place, as I discussed a few months ago.

This is great propaganda for the Maduro regime, supporting the claim that Trump wants to overthrow the current Venezuelan dictatorship in order to replace it with a new Trump dictatorship -- for the purpose of "taking the oil," as Trump likes to put it.
Bessent: "If something happens down in Venezuela, we could really see oil prices go down even more."

An undercover ICE thug took the teen's photo in the courtroom, apparently to determine if his skin color was of the appropriate hue to merit kidnapping him under the new "constitutional" standards recently adopted by the Trumped Supreme Court in a shadow docket "ruling."
A teenager. A U.S. citizen. Detained by ICE at a courthouse.

This isn’t law and order—this is intimidation. It doesn’t protect our communities; it undermines them.

Trumper says the Trump is treating Russia - the mass murderuus invader of Ukraine - and Ukraine "equally." That is utterly false. But it would also be reprehensible even if it was true.
Leavitt: "Any idea that the USA is not engaging in both sides equally to bring this war to an end is a complete fallacy…That could not be furthest from the truth."

I don’t know, Karoline. In my opinion, the fact that you can’t tell apart the victim and the aggressor is the whole freaking PROBLEM!
