We knew this. The Congressional Black Caucus who ALL voted against reopening the government knew this.
Remember when the government was closed and Speaker Johnson swore they would negotiate on the ACA once it reopened? Well, Trump’s plan to extend ACA subsidies is now on hold after GOP pushback.
