I’m all for law+order peaceful protest etc.
BUT, ICE are allowed to roll in unmarked cars, with faces covered, without ID, and empowered w/ ability to use force. The “follow directions” isn’t really intellectual/empathetic on this… but, uh, not a big difference from this and being actively robbed

It ultimately doesn’t matter. But, the “Dept of War” thing is annoying me more in recent days. Like, “Defense” implies a sense of protectionism and intentional precise action.
“War” seems hostile, destructive, and unprovoked. Which, I guess that IS the ethos of Rs vision of the boy club military.🤷♂️

Maduro is awful but this isn't order prevailing over chaos, this is a territorial takeover of one criminal overlord by another. I hope that a year from now the Venezuelan people are still happy and didn't go from bad to worse but Trump's track record on making people's lives better is not good.

The 4 team playoff checked ALL of the boxes. Then the committee had to go and put in an Alabama in over and undefeated team and blow the qholenfuckin’ thing up. 🤦♂️
These first two games have been a pretty strong argument for a 4 team playoff.
