On September 28, soldiers from West Virginia patrolling D.C.'s Navy Yard area observed a man masturbating in public.

The soldiers "advised [him] to stop."

Police officers arrested him a little while later after they said they saw him peeing in front of a restaurant.

Portland published shooting data for September today. Overall, shootings are down 39% in 2025 compared to 2024 though still above 2019 levels (but falling closer). Shootings have been down month on month in 16 of the last 19 months in Portland.

Spencer Rattler is also the 5th QB in NFL to start his career with 12 straight starts with 20+ passing attempts but under 250 passing yards in each one. Not a super inspiring list to be on.

Brees had 2 in his worst such stretch in 2017 though the Saints went 3-0 with a 20 point win over Carolina and the famous 37 win over Buffalo where we did nothing but run. During his best such stretch he threw 12 TDs in 2019.
