This last month living here with the tyranny of ICE and DHS here in my home state has solidified my firm belief of never identifying as a “American” ever again. I identify with my state, a Minnesotan, and I’m goddamn proud of it.

Last night I turned all that (except the yogurt and chicken Alfredo) into dinner for the extended fam.
Fucking crushed it.
Winter grilling is the best too.
Sous vide’d all the proteins so they didn’t over cook, which it becoming my default for batch cooking things.
