Ah Newport, OR. As an undergrad in the 90s a friend getting his pilots license flew us from Eugene to Newport’s grass strip. We hitchhiked and had some chowder in town. He nearly killed us taking off, just barely cleared the trees. Ah youth.

Hello boules. I was on the phone when putting them in and forgot to set the timer. Judged by smell as to when to take the lid off the Dutch oven to brown the crust. I’ve clearly done this a lot. lol.
