I’ve noticed that difference between the Costco in Champaign (college town high Asian population) and Logan Sq Chicago (urban neighborhood, more Latino). They do cater to the population. I enjoy the treats.

The neighborhood is over 100 years old. And the streets haven’t been paved. Wr know of some of the people over time, Nobel laureates. MannBooker winning authors. MacArthur and Fulbright and Rhodes. Even Dorthy Day who founded catholic workers. It’s a neighborhood that punches above its size.
