When EA cancelled the Star Wars FPS project at Respawn, Vince fought like hell to save the project behind the scenes. When EA refused to budge, Vince made sure nobody got laid off and that everyone was able to find a home within EA.

Extremely saddening to hear the news about Zampella, one of very few remaining industry veterans of the 90s, who built huge inroads for mainstream interest in the industry multiple times over and recently helped catapult Battlefield back to relevance as the breakout AAA multiplayer title of 2025

The pearl clutching over the Divinity trailer is genuinely bizarre to me. There’s nothing in that trailer that wasn’t in marketing for games like Far Cry 3 or the original God of War trilogy. What are we doing here, they told you at the start of the show you’d be seeing M-rated games?
