Nobody had to tell anyone they had no choice, this was the new normal, get used to it.
Nobody needed persuading this was THE FUTURE.
The only complaints I remember were about being waitlisted for one.

I think the biggest pitfall of sci-fi/fantasy storytelling, especially for worldbuilders, in the infodump.
You're (rightfully) just so proud of all the work you put into creating a cohesive setting that you just wanna PUKE it all over readers/watchers on page one.

My only commentary on that one lady is every time I see her last name I can't tell if it ends in an "i" or an "L" and it reminds me of the word n a z i. so not great.
