If you consider parallel parking a nightmare, you should not have a driver's license. It's just a skill. Skills take practice, and the intelligence to learn them.

That said, this has been my complaint about all the map apps in the past. Driving North with […]

Although I prefer #linux for many things, I do bump into a problem that makes it feel like MS DOS ca. 1987 sometimes.

Reboot, & my USB (both tty & audio) devices may re-shuffle.

Everything was working. #direwolf #rigblaster #wsjtx #winkeyer #ftdx3000

Without changing any USB cables in any way […]

Sam Altman: hey I made a machine that stole literally all your stuff in order to make CSAM of your child actors, sometimes it encourages people to kill themselves

Disney: Holy shit here's a billion dollars

Altman: the machine loses more than that each week but thank you. Soon it will become god.

I hate doing it THIS way, but the OP doesn't allow typical post interaction types.

I nominate “do more with less” as one of the most damaging corporate strategies in history.

Of course that’s not to say we should never seek to optimize, but simply restricting resources without considering what made a team or product successful is a recipe for disaster.
