Respectfully, if you weren't there for the development of Dragon Age over the years, you have no right to place "blame" or claim any one person "ruined" it.

The Switch 2 reveal is such a perfect encapsulation of everything Nintendo.
They have the best and most creative game developers around (and actually treat them well) but is constantly sabotaged by the decision making of their business side.

Seeing that Mario Kart footage I'm reminded of how it's one of my favorite art styles; they're such masters of shaders and lighting.
The wheels look so tacky and matte, the shiny smooth surfaces read SO well, the lighting is defined and dynamic; it's just great stuff.

Yeah, crazy. I remember a time when people wouldn't freak out and call Child Protective Services on parents for letting their kids play outside in their own neighborhoods. Why are kids on screens? I mean, society MADE that happen through fear.
