Anyway big news in mirandaland: I silently lay in the grass with a piece of chicken for so long last night that my beloved fox felt safe enough to come and eat out of my hand. I also shared my cup of tea with her (I drank from the cup first, obvs)

Last week a nurse at the hospital local to me took my glasses away while I was restrained during an autistic meltdown and said I was only allowed them back if I calmed down. Like…being unable to see anything (inc faces) is NOT going to help me calm down tbh.

If you like Piña Coladas and getting caught in the rain you should move to Ireland. It rains all the time here and you can just buy a premixed bottle of Piña Colada at Tesco and walk around by the canal taking a swig between showers. Idk why anyone would wanna do that, but I didn't write the song.

I have never had a panic attack in my life and YET here is another diagnosis that some random clinician at A&E who has seen me having an autistic meltdown saw fit to thrust upon me

A banal superpower I’d like to have would be to be able to “bank” showers — when I’m feeling good (like today) I could have like 3 showers on the trot, and then be set for all the future times when I’m too ill/mad/burnt out/etc to shower. Clean n fresh ALL the time!!!!
