Ben makes the (very good) argument that trading Mathurin is crazy. But I think Mathurin playing well l, and yet the Pacers continuing to lose, gives me more resolve to suggest the Pacers should trade Mathurin for a few reasons:
Today, Ben Gibson stops by to take stock of big offseason Pacers topics a month in. Is center by committee working? Mathurin is scoring a ton, fit concerns? Nembhard's role, too big?

Ben makes the (very good) argument that trading Mathurin is crazy. But I think Mathurin playing well l, and yet the Pacers continuing to lose, gives me more resolve to suggest the Pacers should trade Mathurin for a few reasons:
Honestly, a close Pacers loss with Walker and some bench players playing well is a good outcome at this point

I still think I’m the biggest Nembhard fan on the planet, but there was a little too much Nembhard during that sloppy stretch
This was a high-level game and then the final 2.5 minutes have been extremely sloppy. Pacers down 5, Siakam heading to the line with 50.3 to go.

I personally would rather attend a Sounders game in summer over a Sounders game in the rainy season.
But I am aware that not all of the US has Seattle’s climate. At least the players won’t have to be having to play as many summer games in Florida/Texas now.

I personally would rather attend a Sounders game in summer over a Sounders game in the rainy season.
