I’m not a legal expert and my expectations for any big corporation ever receiving punishment is low but I can’t imagine it’ll help their various court cases over 4o related deaths that they knew 4o was dangerous enough to shut it down once but then put it back online seemingly unchanged

Imagine if Coca Cola put out a formula that used cocaine, people complained that the inclusion of cocaine made them feel gross and was dangerous, so then Coke got rid of the cocaine, but then people addicted to cocaine went “we miss cocaine!!” so they brought back the old cocaine recipe as an option

It's interesting to think that there started being a fairly insistent left wing strain in American politics since the W Bush administration which has only grown - and one of the dominant forces in US politics making sure it didn't win wasn't Republicans, but Dems. Hence leftists being sick of them.
