NEW: A federal judge in Oregon issued a sweeping rebuke of the Justice Department’s nationwide push to seize state voter rolls, ruling that the department can no longer be presumed to be acting in good faith and warning that its conduct threatens voters and states’ rights.
Federal judge rules DOJ can ‘no longer’ be trusted in voter roll crusade
The judge pointed to a letter from Bondi to Minnesota that tied federal immigration enforcement to demands for voter data as the smoking gun.

So, first of all, of course it was Trump.

But even if they were telling the truth, "We give staffers who post videos of the Obamas as apes access to the agenda-setting, decree-sending, market-moving account of the president of the United States" is not the exculpatory statement they think it is.

Can’t say that I’d recommend “instant citizenship” for those unlawfully detained,
but you raise an important issue:
how to craft remedies that are significant enough so that they motivate DHS officials to stop
-violating the law,
-abusing immigrants &
-attacking peaceful protesters.
I know the courts don't have the authority but i genuinely think the remedy for these violations should be that the petitioners get instant citizenship tbh.
There's been lots of attention on 1 particular inexperienced & untrained govt lawyer
But I want to give a shout-out to Kira Kelley,
climatedefenseproject.org/profile/kira...,
who focused on ICE's horrific treatment of an immigrant prisoner -- all occurring *after* the court had ordered him released

Two days ago, we discovered Trump has engaged in the most corrupt behavior of any president in history—giving secret technology to China's ally in exchange for the Trump family getting half a billion dollars.

And nobody is still talking about it. #Corruption

Minneapolis hasn't been this sexy since the days of Mary Tyler Moore. Crazy Kristi thinks she can turn the world on with a smile, but her headwear just makes her look like Rhoda. At least it looks like low ratings will cancel the next season of Ice.

This is now without question the biggest politico-financial scandal in United States history. Teapot Dome was trivial in comparison.
I was a little late to catch up with this WSJ kleptocracy story. We already knew Sheikh Tahnoon dropped $2b on World Liberty Financial to get Trump to let UAE import advanced chips. Now we learn Tahnoon also purchased 49 percent of World Liberty Financial.
