In my family, we have a tradition we uphold when a loved one or friend loses a pet. It's called "The Feast of St. $petname". We give our animals (and sometimes ourselves) some extra special food, and extra love and attention, to honor the animal that passed.

I took a web dev class in college. It was all about learning flash. Because every website and their dog *had* to have flash to be cool. I deemed purely flash websites stupid AF because they took 10x the time to make as html.

and this is all because the IFPA leadership ignored their own policies on inclusivity and decided "We made a bad call but we must be consistent" is more important than cancelling tainted stats on an event where an entire bloc of people had to leave due to bigotry.
