Why am I so against generative AI in games?
Because I simply do not want my initial reaction to art to be one of suspicion and scrutiny, AI slop is fundamentally damaging my relationship to art and artistry, and I am deeply resentful that it is forcing me to be guarded when I should be wowed.

Yeah, it'd be weird if he wasn't from New Jersey. His childhood in Princeton really shaped who he was. Although his years in Utah, New York, Illinois and California also made quite an impact before he settled down in Connecticut. Having him be from another state, like Indiana, would change a lot.

This quote is from an Op-Ed that ran in the Washington Post. Which is owned by Jeff Bezos. Who depended on a 250k check from his parents back east to start Amazon. Also the 600 MILLION in tax breaks & the cost of social services his employees depend on which Seattle residents were forced to bear.
