So, they are out on bond, going through the legal pathway and it...doesn't matter? They can just detain them, move them across state lines, and then what? Keep them in a camp for years until their court date?

Because they are technically people facing removal proceedings, and the government does have the right to detain them if they want, even though it makes no damn sense because they're already in the system and they haven't done anything to merit detention at all.
How can it be "legal when these people are in compliance with the law, the program?

Nothing will stop them. We need more young, progressive leaders. I want to see the ancient, boring Dems stunned as they lose every single election. Reasonable, progressive policies are the bare minimum at this point.

I keep thinking about the number of people that have to be involved to kidnap a small child, transport him to one facility or another, then an airport, then a plane, then another facility. Did no one on that chain stop and say hey what the fuck?
