I remember meeting up at a concert in Harvard Square and being sincerely kind of nervous about it, worried I wouldn’t be able to keep up. That I wasn’t going to be funny enough. Like I was hanging out with a beloved famous comedian or something. Which is what he was, in fact.

One time Mike was on a podcast with @byyourlogic.bsky.social and I and I said “sorry there’s a dog yapping in the background” and he said “I can only hear one dog yapping” and he meant me. He was an incredibly funny guy and he will be missed
