This is my best friend and emotional support cat, Ella, who takes her job very seriously. Part of my doctor's treatment plan for me is more time outside, and Ella helps by insisting on a daily walk.

One of our resident Northern Flickers, a red-shafted male, has found a way to feed by hanging from the bottom of our feeder, which is designed to accommodate smaller birds while discouraging squirrels. #BirdOfTheDay #HangingAround #Birds #Photography #EastCoastKin

Falkland Islands Imperial or King Cormorants in breeding plumage with incredible blue eyes and the funny orange bobble on the top of their beaks. they would preen each other and tap the other's beak with their beaks. Their backs look black against their white chests but when you take a close up picture the feathers shine a deep irridescent blue
