What could I share for the #BirdOfTheDay theme #LongNecks if not the singularly beautiful Oriental Darter? It's even called the 'Snake Bird' for it's beautiful long neck☺️

For today’s #BirdOfTheDay theme #droplets, the Eurasian Blackbird from #Spain

We were sitting in a hide in dry, dusty hot central Spain, hoping to photograph the Iberian Lynx. Till it came, the birds put on an entertaining show.
