This downed Russian drone was discovered by a Ukrainian medic evacuating a wounded soldier in the Pokrovsk direction. It is a Russian drone and it had a Starlink antenna mounted on it. It's possibly a Molniya, or something very similar. Maybe a modified one? Don't have any more pics unfortunately.

After calling the Russian ambassador to meet with Moldovan authorities They placed the 6 ft drone at the entrance to the Ambassador’s entrance so the Russians had to walk around the drone as the Russians left.
