Been waffling on what to post for days (or if I even need to on here)
Said goodbye last week to the best pupper, had her just shy of 16 years.
It still is rougher than I ever expected. You know at 21 years old they won't last forever, but knowing doesn't mean much.

Weird day today, my wife starts furlough as her non profit is out of money pending government funding. No head start services for children, they have been told to not expect to be at work until Thanksgiving.
We are fine, but I can only imagine the families that have to suffer without pay
