I had lived there for 20 years. I’m happy to now own my own home in a smaller town, but wish I hadn’t had to rush the house hunt & move. He had refused to do basic update over the years like bee carpets & blinds & then said he couldn’t recall me ever asking. Always get these things in writing.

Yep. And I don't want to like this post now that admin has offered a moderate costs of living in increase that comes at the cost of our rights, such as:
- removing the ability to appeal merit increments from our annual reports
- forcing us to cross the picket lines of other union employees
