I have added a function to my geometry nodes set-up to remesh the canopy for more efficient use of quads with less overdraw, better shading and more artistic control :)

Woah, a video!

I rebuilt the combat system recently - it's currently set up to auto-fight, melee only. In the dark of a dungeon, it's a quick, violent scramble to kill your opponent before they kill you.

If you accidentally use up all your oxygen, you can replenish it with an industrial laser. Backscatter technology allows you to extract it from water, which is often found in asteroids (only bright pixels - everything else is empty rock). #indiedev #jittergame

Rendering lots of point lights (180 in the scene)

The glow of each flare is not an omnilight but a light shader on a quad like deferred lights, mixing normal/distance based lighting with a color gradient falloff over distance.

I've added a merchant to my dark fantasy game, Crimson Rest. This merchant sells weapons and consumables to the player. If you buy a copy of a weapon you already own, it will level up that weapon. What do you think?
