You know you've seen too much Law & Order when you spot Camryn Mannheim (in an episode so old Jerry Orbach's in it) as an attorney who signs for her deaf client, and recognise her as a homicide squad Lieutenant whose son is deaf from nearly 20 years later.

6 Music is repeating CMAT's Artist In Residence this week, so they're coming back to Sounds. The Indie and Pop ones are really good, but the Euro and Country ones (coming later in the week) are MAGNIFICENT. www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/...

This sounds lovely, if anyone's in the mood for festive music and ghost stories (read by Alex Jennings), and within reach of the Barbican.
Ghost Stories and Music for Christmas | Barbican
A festive treat with a ghostly difference: a night of classic stories and haunting melodies from the BBC Symphony Orchestra.

The absolute joy of dealing with privatised water company: their website's not letting me view my bill, when I try to set up a Direct Debit their system wants twice as much as I should be paying and their only Contact Us option is WhatsApp. *screams silently*

Oh also nobody gives a shit about any of this in theatre and there is absolutely no need to own or use Final Draft if you're writing plays, in fact some people even find doing so looks a little try hard and weird so simply do not bother 👍🏻

I don't think anyone doubted Farage's history of racist abuse; here he is admitting it, while claiming that was somehow fine because it wasn't "with intent".

BREAKING: This is huge news, the EU's equivalent of the 🇺🇸Supreme Court's 2015 Obergefell v. Hodges ruling.

🇪🇺Court of Justice just ruled all 🇪🇺countries must recognise same-sex marriages granted in other member states.

This effectively legalises gay marriage across 🇪🇺

Got home tonight and put my gloves in the freezer. Like a totally normal, sane person, who's being BESET BY MOTHS!
I would like it recorded once more that moths are complete bastards. I've located my Very Warm Gloves, only to discover they've eaten most of one thumb and a big chunk of the other palm. Darning needle out...
