Please stay home if you’re feeling sick.

If you absolutely can’t stay home, wear a mask.

There are people who can’t afford to get sick. People without paid time off, people who are disabled or immune compromised, people who are caregivers.

Farage says, "I didn't wear them (masks) last time, and I won't wear them this time" and dismisses mask mandates as "rubbish".

Here's Farage in 2020.

Enough is enough. We need to put a complete halt to new peers until the house has been properly reformed.

Oh yes.

Keir Starmer himself not long ago described the wholly unelected and grossly bloated House of Lords as ‘indefensible’. Nothing has changed since then so it was deeply disappointing t

This is one of the things that really infuriates me. The vast majority of all this confected conflict would go away if injected with minimal grace, good manners, and minding-one's-own-business. Instead, people choose to be gratuitously rude, ungracious, and invasive.

It is ultimately so UN-BRITISH!

Am I right in remembering (from my time as a Labour member) that it was once party policy to replace the House of Lords with a democratically elected second chamber?

That good idea seems to have been unceremoniously ditched...

Can't we at least get rid of the bishops?
