Auch die Arbeitsbereitschaft der jüngeren Generationen rückt in der Debatte um mehr Arbeit immer wieder in den Fokus. Jetzt auf die Jungen zu schimpfen, finde ich verfehlt. Es sind auch oft die Älteren, die meinten, genug gearbeitet zu haben und sich daher für die Rente mit 63 oder 64 entscheiden.

Hier sind Investitionen gefordert.
Die wirtschaftliche Lage ist nicht gut und nun sucht man einen Schuldigen, der es sich in der Hängematte bequem macht, obwohl er eigentlich was arbeiten sollte. Erst sind es die Bürgergeld-Empfänger gewesen, nun die Teilzeit-Kräfte. So kommen wir nicht weiter.

Die Erwerbsquote hat jedoch zugenommen, insbes. von Frauen. Viele von ihnen können aber gar nicht Vollzeit arbeiten, weil die Kinderbetreuung in 🇩🇪 zu wünschen übrig lässt. Hinzu kommen steuerliche Anreize wie das Ehegattensplitting, das Vollzeitbeschäftigung für Zweitverdiener unattraktiver macht.
