My sanity formula involves: almost no blocks or mutes (so my sensory data isn't (self) sabotaged when I'm here)... And taking long vacations from each social media site, now and again, to get some mental distance from each of them ⚖️😌

This is the hard part. By default, cross timeline communication spawns new timelines. Make it cheaper by: (1) only seeing things that matter, (2) tracing ideas back to primary sources, (3) not remembering what you can derive from 1st principles instead, (4) <a secret thing you can probably predict>.
