There's going to be a civil war...We can't rely on Congress to help us anymore!!
Every single person in Little Village fighting ICE/BP this week, each one of those people had more courage than the entire party leadership put together. Every single person in the street resisting in LA, Portland, Chicago, they're ALL showing more backbone than useless top tiers of Dem apparatus
I keep seeing regular Americans taking more risks every day to fight tyranny, want, and cynicism than I see from the opposition party, and I imagine many of those regular Americans are asking themselves what the value proposition of such an opposition party is, really

At least he got loudly booed and interrupted...At least we know someone really hates his 🟠 ass!!
The president of the United States is on his way to an NFL game after a weekend spent partying at his country club and fighting to starve poor Americans.

And Senate Democrats want to surrender to him?!

Fuck that and fuck them.

Before ACA, many Americans couldn’t afford insurance

Alex Smith was a diabetic who got kicked off his Mom’s insurance at 26

He made 35k a year which was “too much” for Medicaid, but not nearly enough to cover insurance premiums

He had to ration his insulin & died a month after losing insurance
Insulin's High Cost Leads To Lethal Rationing
Alec Raeshawn Smith was 23 when diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes and 26 when he died. He couldn't afford $1,300 per month for his insulin and other diabetes supplies, so he tried to stretch the doses.

History will remember Trump as a dictator.

But it will also remember an opposition party that put up no meaningful opposition. The Democrats as a national machine have revealed themselves to be Neville Chamberlains, more interested in preserving the status quo than in doing what needs to be done.
