Bake off is at its best with between 7 and 5 contestants when there is still a lot of possibility as to who will win but the class is small enough to not be overwhelmed by how many people are cooking.

Make a parade for every single school holiday. Diwali! Multiple Eid parades! Election Day! Make them really feel the impact of closing the schools on days where bosses are like, huh? No that's not a day off for you, workers. (In reality i do want a May Day parade now that you mention it.)

School holidays should require a parade in each borough featuring:

- closure of major thoroughfare
- at least one school marching band
- attendance of chancellor and deputy chancellors
- Include bagpipers

Yeah, if Murphy wasn't term limited, I could definitely see him facing an uphill battle based only on that. Hochul should be concerned if the legislature doesn't rein in Con Ed because its been part of the legislative discourse for a few years already.

I obviously don't believe Republicans would do anything about electric bills, but also I 100% believe voters will punish Democrats if they keep allowing utility companies to jack up prices on residential customers.

It should be easy enough to find milk that is not homogenized. The other process, which is harder to find, is low temperature pasteurized milk might be easier than higher temperature pasteurization.

I believe homogenized milk is more difficult to create the curd. Homogenization emulsifies fat in milk for a better texture, but makes the curd tougher.
