Today was the third time I was waiting for out Uber, and I got charged a ”waiting fee” because it took 2 minutes to load the suitcases. They know it’s small potatoes and not worth complaining. It’s the sort of dark pattern that is consuming every interaction. Pretty sure Uber pockets the whole fee.
