The AI bubble is now consuming non-AI companies which have been borrowing tens of billions to build data centres they can rent back to the AI companies. So much hubris but of course when the crash comes they will all get bailed out and the rest of us will be screwed

There have been at least 154 cases in which federal district courts have issued preliminary relief against a Trump administration policy.

Those rulings have come from 121 *different* judges appointed by seven presidents (including 15 appointed by Trump) sitting in 29 district courts in 10 circuits:

Deputy Attorney General Blanche's attack on lower courts is an impressive combination of light on substance; shamelessly hypocritical; and profoundly dangerous. More people should be condemning it.

exactly almost none of these people even join the Democratic party at all
you can notice this thing where a buncha republicans over the years will criticize their party, but by and large they won't ever actually become democrats. you don't get all the TV time and fawning and the desperate attempts to appeal to you if you, as a republican, actually become a dem.

A flight plan has now been filed for ICE Air deportation flight OAE 3787, indicating that after refueling in Baltimore, the aircraft will continue on to Jasionka, Poland, near the Ukraine border. It is highly likely it is the reported flight of Ukrainians to Poland.
An ICE Air deportation flight (OAE3787) departed Phoenix, AZ at 14:45 EST and is en route to Baltimore, MD for refueling. It is still very early to confirm but this is possibly the reported deportation flight to Poland carrying Ukrainian nationals. We will be closely monitoring.
