ever since I learned about three-cueing I've developed infinitely more patience for replies on social media. mfers literally do not know how to read. people are walking around conjuring random meanings into words they don't know, and they don't know a lot of words. it's crazy

Told my doc that I hadn't yet started a new medication, and when queried about the reason my best answer was that I haven't yet had the proper confluence of "remembering to take it" and "not getting distracted while trying to figure out where I put it".

So... Just got an official diagnosis of ADHD, after years of suspecting that I had it.
