My old account on the bird app was Giufuliafa. Had 2K+ followers until Elon banned me for a pro-trans tweet acknowledging the mortality of transphobes that his team thought was a threat. I sent hundreds of air purifiers to teachers in 2020.

Thirty contractors are paid to sift through posts, photos, and messages, turning our lives into raw material for deportation raids and arrests.

ICE already uses automated facial recognition systems, run against massive databases, to identify and track people for enforcement actions.

Oh, so they really did track down Alex Perretti and murdered him 11 days after he damaged a tail light.

HOLY FUCK 🤬
A Minnesota woman observing ICE agents in her car was cornered on one-way streets. An agent approached, called her by name—citing facial recognition. Days later, her Global Entry and TSA privileges were revoked, with no explanation.

A viral video has reignited concerns about overcrowding in federal immigration holding cells in Baltimore, where lawyers and Democratic lawmakers alleged detainees are being kept for as long as 10 days at a time in a site designed for much shorter stays.

I'd point out that a federal judge just barred ICE from arresting peaceful protesters

They have ZERO JURISDICTION over law-abiding US citizens.

The judge also ruled (among other details) following them (copwatching) IS NOT "Obstructing".

Yes it is. It’s not reliable evidence to meet the burden of proof here. Neither is the airline reservation.
It's not hearsay because it's not being offered for the truth of the thing being asserted. It's also a statement against interest.

That said, it's definitely not a true threat either.
