Liberal, married & atheist boomer woman in Oregon with a rescued Great Pyrenees/Cattle dog mix. Backyard habitat gardener. Don't blame me, I voted for McGovern.

Reviewing some old photos, I ran across this. It was my favorite coneflower, called Green Envy. A hard winter killed it off, so the standard pink ones have overtaken its spot. #Flowers #Gardening 🌱

The hallmark (the “brand”) of the Washington Post has been accountability journalism. Thus, today’s staff decimation is Bezos’s greatest gift to Trump, so much more valuable than the Melania movie, inauguration money, etc. This disaster began, for real, with the Harris endorsement he killed.

There was an old (big leaf?) maple that was partially felled in Westmoreland. I felt like a kid in a candy store as I greedily collected copious amounts of licorice fern embedded in its bark. No wood chipper for them! #Oregon #PDX 🌱
