Ausschnitt aus SZ-Artikel: Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen sollen künftig strenger kontrolliert werden. Sie sollen künftig persönlich beim Jobcenter vorsprechen. So soll geprüft werden, ob die Betroffenen wirklich psychisch krank sind. Diese Regelung könnte sich als problematisch erweisen. Wie groß die betroffene Gruppe ist, zeigen ältere Auswertungen von Krankenkassendaten aus Studien im Auftrag des Instituts für Arbeitsmarkt- und Berufsforschung. Mehr als ein Drittel der Leistungsberechtigten erhält im Laufe eines Jahres eine psychiatrische Diagnose; Fachkräfte in Jobcentern schätzen in ihrer Praxis häufig sogar die Hälfte bis zwei Drittel als psychisch erkrankt ein. Sprich: Persönliche Anhörungen könnten künftig einen größeren Teil der Verfahren betreffen, mit allen belastenden Konsequenzen für die Betroffenen, aber auch der Arbeitsbelastung in den Jobcentern.

Gestern sprach ich mit jemandem, der psychisch krank ist und lange Phasen der Obdachlosigkeit durchlebt hat. Seine Leistungen wurden einige Monate eingestellt, da er nicht erreichbar war – weil er krank ist. Die Leistungseinstellung hat seinen Zustand enrom verschlechtert, bis hin zu Todesangst.
Ausschnitt aus ZEIT: Ohne Rücksprache, per Verwaltungsakt Wer mehr als einen Termin mit dem Jobcenter versäumt, verliert den Anspruch auf Leistungen und wird mit einem einfachen Verwaltungsakt als "nicht erreichbar" eingestuft. Das Jobcenter kann dann ohne Rücksprache handeln und Leistungen auch ganz streichen.

Today, wind and solar are increasingly replacing coal in the Polish electricity mix with almost 30% of all electricity generated to date this year from wind and solar.

In 2000 coal provided 95% of Polish electricity.

Today it is at 51%.

Sparmöglichkeiten sieht er bei teuren Medikamenten für besonders Alte oder Kranke und meint auch seinen verstorbenen Vater.

Groups of Italians and other nationalities, so-called “sniper tourists”, are alleged to have participated in the massacre after paying large sums of money to soldiers belonging to the army of Radovan Karadžić, the former Bosnian Serb leader who in 2016 was found guilty of genocide and other crimes against humanity, to be transported to the hills surrounding Sarajevo so that they could shoot at the population for pleasure.
