I don't like to talk about stories before they are fully reported, but I am writing on ICE in a Minnesota town that isn't Minneapolis. However bad you think it is, it is worse. It is a campaign of pure terror whose only strategic goal is more terror. There is no strategy other than to break people.

The Ghana Radio Astronomy Observatory hosts the largest (32m) steerable single dish antenna in Africa, and its right near the equator. It's been converted for science purposes from commerical purposes.

I genuinely think the world would be a very slightly infinitesimally better place if cartoons had emphasized the dangers of grain entrapment instead of quicksand.
