They expect - they NEED - the people they threaten to fall in line, like the law firms and universities and media companies and billionaires and Congress did. If you say “No, make me,” they simply do not have a Plan B. TRUMP DOES NOT HAVE ENOUGH GUYS TO MAKE YOU.

May the day comes when they all get impeached, arrested, and brought up to court for crime against humanity.

May I never redirect my anger at liberals for not doing enough. Because my god, Its only gonna get so much worst if they lose.

I'm actually the most optimistic I've been since Nov 2024, and it's because of this
I know it’s hard to have optimism right now, but if there’s one thing that is genuinely giving me hope it is seeing communities — hell, neighborhoods, even portions of cities — stand up in unison against tyranny in a way that is active, capable, savvy. It’s really powerful.

If you weaponize the DOJ to intimidate elected officials, that’s not “politics.” It’s a federal crime. Retaliatory investigations violate civil‑rights and obstruction laws. Anyone turning law enforcement into a threat is advertising their own liability.

DOJ won’t rest until every parent & doctor of a trans kid is in jail.
NEW: On Friday, DOJ filed a notice that it is appealing its loss in the challenge to its invasive trans care subpoena issued to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Despite losing every challenge to the invasive subpoenas, DOJ keeps appealing.

Given the timing, we consider this to be targeted harassment as punishment for exercising our First Amendment rights.

We're still handing out free whistles. And we just got in hundreds of new yard signs.

Keep resisting, Minnesota. We love you.

mighta been something to the "don't give him an excuse" stuff in trump's first term but it's clear now when he wants to see something he just makes it so. he's the showrunner of the news. head of the executive producer branch. when he wanted to see boats blow up he didn't wait for them to act unruly

tim walz can urge everyone not to interfere with ICE loud n clear all day. he's still subpoenaed for obstruction because that's the narrative trump likes. he's getting the exact big loud show he wants to see, always. you win by making a big loud show he doesn't want to see, that gets better ratings

If you keep bending the knee to a fascist, they will keep bullying you. They see weakness as opportunity, complicity as agreement.

The fact Schumer is still willing to fund DHS should OUTRAGE all of you.

Democratic politicians facing frivolous criminal investigations from Trump:

Kat Abughazaleh
Elissa Slotkin
Jason Crow
Tim Walz
Jacob Frey
Letitia James
Lisa Cook
Mark Kelly
Eric Swalwell
Adam Schiff
Two days ago it was Elissa Slotkin. Last week it was Jerome Powell. Before that, Mark Kelly. Weaponizing the justice system against your opponents is an authoritarian tactic.

The only person not being investigated for the shooting of Renee Good is the federal agent who shot her.
Breaking news: The Justice Department has issued subpoenas for Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey as part of an investigation alleging that they are impeding federal law enforcement officers’ abilities to do their jobs in the state.

Honestly I think the problem with the base, there are two opposing viewpoints.

There are those who show up to protect people.

And there are those who only show up to defeat the system.
And when you only care about changing the system...

You only get alienated when things don't go your way.

If you sue law enforcement it's paid for by the public.

Their budgets never take a commensurate hit, only rarely does anyone get fired and prosecutions happen almost never.

The impunity is astounding and terrifying, and we allow it under the fiction they keep us safe.
Dood I think I smell a lawsuit If they actually blind someone

This is not a question of training. These are not cocker spaniels.

They *want* to hurt people. They *want* to scare people. They *want* to do so with impunity.

They'll happily take overtime pay for another training session they can ignore.

What they don't want is consequences.
Well-trained law enforcement would de-escalate. Their first instinct should NOT be “shoot first and ask questions later.”

Two days after an ICE agent killed Renee Good in Minneapolis, a federal agent asked an observer, "Have y'all not learned?" Her phone was taken and she was briefly detained.

Two days after that, another federal agent said, “You did not learn from what just happened” to a different observer.

elected democrats who want their constituents to remain non-violent in their protests of these abuses must actually offer a path for ending the abuses non-violently. they currently are not as a party and it’s a major problem.
🚨WHOA. The El Paso Medical Examiner says it will rule the death of a 55-year-old Cuban man at ICE's "Camp East Montana" tent camp as a homicide.

He was allegedly choked to death by a guard during a "struggle" after he refused to enter a housing unit without his medications.

The one thing authoritarian leaders usually have going for them is the general apathy of the majority when they make a move solely against a marginal group in society.

But when they occupy an entire city with clumsy, brutal force, that just forces everyone out of that apathy.

The answer to the equation is both.
You gotta be an anti-fascist first and pull it all to stop them.
But you also gotta primary every centrist candidates and make sure they learn that alienating your voter base will never work out in the end. No half measures.

In the end its your vote that decides

Primary the rest.

Have them explain why they support a lawless, masked agency that is murdering and terrorizing Americans.

I'd love to hear it.
