I’m thrilled to share that Secrets of the Penguins is in the running for this year’s SCL Awards for Outstanding Original Score – Television and Outstanding Original Title Sequence – Television
This series was a delight to work on, full of heart, humour, and some truly unforgettable penguin moments

It's release day for my new book, "Before They Wore Dodger Blue: Tommy Lasorda and the Greatest Draft Class in Baseball History."

Help spread the word. Over the next 48 hours, I'll donate $1 for every repost to the Fred Claire Scholarship Fund at USC, supporting head and neck cancer research.

Good morning! You feel like you’re going crazy because their attempts to bludgeon you into submission with weaponized unreality aren’t working on you.

Keep it up. You’re doing great.

The free speech activist who built a list of professors he worked to get fired for their speech must be celebrated for his support of free speech, and anyone who quotes his speech accurately in context will be fired and/or face state punishment by the champions of free speech, do I have that right?

Apropos of nothing: A year ago, Pope Francis said this about people with disabilities last year, arguing that “Even if they are unproductive, or were born with or develop limitations, this does not detract from their great dignity as human persons.” www.vaticannews.va/en/pope/news...

We’re jaded enough by the last few decades to assume that nothing will ever shake Americans out of their torpor but I’m confident you can make gun toting revolutionaries out of disinterested normies overnight by telling them that the govt is going to take their autistic kid and put them in a camp.
The full quote from RFK, Jr. is truly disgusting and this is 100% him calling for institutionalization of autistic people. This is horrifying.

The white men fantasizing about the return of American manufacturing don’t actually think they or their kids will be working in the factories. This is their American individual idealism at work: they believe there will always be someone else working hard for their benefit

One book, one book chapter of an anthology, and my most-cited journal article.
Every writer whose work has been stolen should be allowed to visit the Meta offices and just take whetever they want. Office supplies, computers, chairs, people’s jackets and lunches, whatever. Give it.
Meta used at least 16 of my books, and numerous articles, to help train the AI it will use to make billions.
