“Buildings have to behave better”, says Ash Awad. They must become regenerative, grid-interactive assets—effectively becoming batteries. Ash sees a future where buildings are no longer part of the climate problem, but a core solution. www.pilotlight.ai/podcast

GOP responds to Trump’s latest unhinged declaration of war saying, “It’s just locker room talk.”
The letter Trump sent to Norway’s PM.
“Since your country chose not to give me the Nobel Peace Prize for stopping eight wars PLUS, I no longer feel obligated to think purely about peace. I will now think about what is good and proper for the US.

Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. dedicated his life fighting for equity and justice. He taught us that even in the face of intimidation and discrimination, we must never stop working towards a better future – a lesson that feels especially relevant today.

I want to state for the record that I don’t give a SHIT if someone is undocumented and have no interest in deporting ANYONE!

I would rather deal with the criminals under our laws, than to spend millions trying to deport people.

Deportation is expensive and cruel. And quite frankly, stupid.

We need Democrats in Congress to grasp this moment. Trump’s thugs are shooting, abusing and killing people in our streets with impunity — and we need leaders to stop this lawlessness now. Wake up: This five-alarm fire will get worse without loud and focused opposition.

Somehow I don’t think this is the Ice Age the climate scientists were warning us about?

The nonnegotiable and unstoppable future of sustainability and renewable energy has the exact opposite priority despite the reckless and cruel posture of this administration.
Breaking News: The EPA will stop considering lives saved when setting pollution limits and instead calculate only the cost to businesses.

Everything he said 100% 🎯

I’m hopefulnfor an eventual future with leaders like Josh Shapiro who have the courage, capability and moral character we need to restore truth and accountability in our Federal government.
Shapiro: J.D. Vance is profoundly and pathetically a weak human being, and he does whatever he thinks his boss wants him to do.

What we need right now is not idiotic gaslighting from the sitting VP

He should be ashamed of himself—and he’s not. I think that speaks to the weakness of his character.

Excellent summary here of climate wins in courts across the world in 2025.

For all the setbacks, legal mobilisation is gaining ground - largely because the law has no choice but to adapt. It’s a question of when, not if.

Fani Willis knows how to cut through the lies and BS like a pro. 👍
Fani Willis has no more fucks to give‼️🔥💥🔥Listen as she goes scorched earth on State Senator Greg Dolezal (R-GA) who is running for Lieutenant Governor. He’s questioning her about bringing the case against Trump for trying to overturn the 2020 election. This is how it’s done!

And this is why the 4 time bankrupt buffoon went bankrupt 4 times.

Guess who he’s bankrupting now?
Trump announces his golden ballroom may now cost $400 million, which is double the original estimate of $200 million.

This comes as Americans’ health care premiums are set to triple in the next few weeks.

Responsible gun legislation should be decided by and for the American people, not the gun lobby.
the gun lobby only partially accounts for failure to enact national common sense gun laws. We cannot ignore the role played by a reactionary ideology antithetical to US progress and reform, badly ignorant of our history and dependent on judicial fiat to get its way.

Never have there been more truer words.
McGovern: "When billionaire CEOs need something, Republicans move at lightning speed. But when it comes to working people needing affordable health care, suddenly the story changes. There's hand wringing and the money is gone. My friends, if you are ok with that, we do not share the same values."

All of this makes perfect sense except one small thing.. what exactly is “Republican leadership”?
Unemployment is at a 4-year high, costs are rising, and Republicans failed to stop healthcare prices from skyrocketing.

Democrats now have enough bipartisan support to force a vote to extend ACA tax credits for 3 years.

Republican leadership must bring this bill to the floor NOW.

To the Brown University community: you are NOT defined by the tragedy in your life.

But you can define yourself by the goodness you choose to put in the world in spite of it.

That’s why I’m running for Congress.

It's actually quite amazing Donald Trump can still astound us with his depravity.

Hero’s are everywhere and they come from all corners of the earth ~ Ahmed is one of them.
Ahmed al Ahmed, the man who tackled one of the Bondi killers, became an Australian citizen 3 years ago.

His deed was "his way of conveying his gratitude for staying in Australia, for being granted citizenship."

He took 5 bullets, and fears he'll lose his left arm.
