I know my video encoding is done when the high pitch whirr of my computer's cpu fan, which hits the exact same frequency for many hours, suddenly whirrs down. The quiet washes over me like a wave, before I load up the next batch!

What even is insurance for if everything, ESPECIALLY the payment portal, works EXCEPT for actually submitting a claim to, you know, use your insurance. And I've tried over multiple days.

So much pain and anguish could be cured if we gave people more than a weekend (or brief, unscheduled time between shifts) to recoup.
Can you imagine the healing that could be done for a troubled soul if they were given a month to rehab in nature, or catch up with the housework?
We just need time.

The lines are getting clogged from calls and Mastercard is feeling very pressured, they're looking into how to act in response. They're collecting information on callers to have a better understanding of who is calling in re the censorship issue
