I’m supporting the project with web stuff and the mascot and some example projects, Chevy did all the engine code so far which is how you know it’s actually good 😊

People say that music and sound in games can be “invisible” to players. But imo that’s also an opportunity to make them feel feelings without realizing why?

so the winds have shifted once again and i believe i will, in fact, be open sourcing my rust game dev framework. i wasn’t going to but i got some help and think if i can get one or two more additional core people to help manage it by the end of next year, that would be ideal

This set of observations is produced by my scrolling Reddit and otherwise listening to people talk about "how to write."
A) there is no requirement that any of your characters has any sort of "arc" let alone a redemption.
B) there is also no requirement that your fiction has a plot.

i wouldn't call it impostor syndrome exactly but i do feel like the seed idea of cobalt core was a shiny diamond we found after 10000 hours in the game ideation mines, and i yearn to find another
