also, why do they say to not use pencils and paper??? that stuff is WAY cheeper and easier to access than a computer and gen AI software. their point is dumb on so many levels.

What's happening right now isn't new to people who live in Latin America. Trump only lacks the finesse to do it undercover. Sadly, the Americas have been the US' sphere of influence for a very long time. Partially why Trump threw a fit against Brazil, as our president is pro-multilateralism.
