I do not agree with the ones that run like clubs/families/etc. Union leaders should be under constant criticism and scrutiny, with no obligation to be kind to them in that criticism.

I'd compare the ones in the US to the mob. Esp. some in Chicago. They do not play. And obviously harbor tons of courption.

But ultimately give more power to the workers. Lesser of two evils maybe.

We just go off vibes! We do pick the theme based on the model as opposed to the other way around. And our Starter Poses are usually the first pack a model will do with us, so we get to see what they excel at and lean into whatever natural personality they have.

They are dealing with full on union busting litigation. People shouldn't be paid based on mindless hours, but on the value they bring. If you can do the same work twice as fast you don't get paid twice less.
